core drilling

Core drilling is an effective, quiet and non-destructive method used when creating a round hole in reinforced concrete, precast concrete, asphalt, brick, and other structural materials.

Coring is mainly used for plumbing or electrical lines, or when linking large diameter water lines at water treatment plants are required, and structural anchors.

Diamond core drilling is dust free, quiet and capable of cutting through steel reinforcing rods with little difficulty.

Our Professional Core Drillers and Concrete Cutters, along with top of the line equipment allows us to core holes ranging from less than 20mm up to 1000mm and larger, in diameter, and at any depth. We use a Gyro System which enables cores to be drilled inverted or at any desired angle. We also have vacuum units for the situations where core drilling is required in tiled areas or any area where there are no other desired penetrations other than the core hole itself. With the use of Diamond Core Drilling there is no vibration and consequently no structural damage because reinforcing rods are not loosened. The work is performed using electric or hydraulic powered core drilling machines transported in specially modified vans and where required can supply their own power and water.

We use a Dust-Free wet cutting system, which creates slurry that can be vacuumed up, leaving a clean work area. Our Professional Core Drillers and Concrete Cutters are available to accomplish whatever Core Drilling challenge you have.
